China Price Increase

Rapidly escalating global commodity prices and transportation costs have impacted our Seasons products. For the last three years, we have been able to withhold cost increases to our customers due to cost-savings initiatives and improvements to our efficiency and capabilities. We are now unable to continue absorbing the added costs.

Effective January 1, 2011, our Seasons Vitreous China product will increase 5 percent across all markets.

Orders placed by Friday, December 31, 2010 will be honored at the old price. Please note that most HD Supply branch locations will be closed on Friday, December 31, 2010, but we will honor all orders placed that day via the HD Supply Plumbing/HVAC website.

Thank you for your continued support. We will continue to mitigate future cost increases while providing the highest quality products and service in the market.

I hear so many people complain about the lack of customer service in the business world today. So it is a real pleasure to find a business with real customer service. When we decided to redo one of our baths, we really did not know what we wanted other than a large shower to replace our tub. I had some health issues that made a shower seem more compatible with my needs. Your suggestion of using a shower with two seats and an extra handicap bar have really made it easier for me. The Alsons personal shower head is much easier for me to use than the standard one my daughter prefers.
